I am a fat gamer trying to lose weight without losing the things I like. I am going to try to post on a daily basis what I accomplished on that day, good or bad. If I succeed I encourage any other gamers to join me in the fight for good health.

Days 17-19
Not so good this week, I think my main problem is that I burnt myself out last week, I am probably going to sit down tomorrow and come up with an actual workout schedule. Tomorrow I should do ok, I have to go mow a woman's yard tomorrow.
