Day 7

Kind of a good day, I did not work out like normal because I had some work around the house to do, I barely made my calorie limit because my dad challenged me to a Gladiator duel on the PS3 Move.

Day 6

Just to clarify I won't be posting on the weekends.

Today was a good day. Didn't do all the exercises I wanted but a I did stay well under my calorie limit. I only lost a pound since last week though. :(

Day 4 & 5

Oops. Missed a day again. Anyway, Yesterday was good, I went for a walk and stayed below my calorie limit, today not so much, I did go for a walk but I had a high calorie lunch and supper and I don't have a clue what the calorie count for that food would be.

Days 2 & 3

Didn't make a post yesterday. oops.

Yesterday I did pretty good, stayed under my calorie limit and did some upper body work and walked 2 miles.

Today not so good, I did not stay over my calorie limit because I did not work out today because I spent it building my first PC.

Day: 1 February, 20 2012

Today was a fairly good day, got up later than planned but ate a granola bar and then went for a 2 mile walk, going to get good at that then build up, going more for habit building then anything.

Today was not a good day on the nutrition front, due to the schedule I had Zaxby's chicken fingers for lunch and left over pizza for supper. However I was able to stay below my calorie limit, combined with my exorcise, I use the Lose it iPhone app to keep track of my calories and such.
Going to try to do better nutrition wise tomorrow.

first Post

I am a fat gamer. Gamers have earned, yes earned, a reputation for being fat. I am fat. I weigh roughly 295 pounds. I am 18 and roughly 6' tall. I need to lose weight. I want to be healthier and lighter without giving up my 2 favorite things, gaming, and eating. I am going to start working out this coming Monday and I am going to try to eat better, hopefully won't be too hard since I tend to like healthier food but too often take the easy road out and eat prepackaged garbage. I start my first semester of college in the fall and I will run the Warrior dash in April. My goal is to be able to run the race and be under 250 by the start of college. More to come starting Monday. Hopefully I will post nightly to document my progress for the day.
